User Support and IT Operations Lead

This role will be critical in supporting our users and enhancing the user experience across the company, while ensuring our technology and office equipment are managed efficiently. You’ll report to our IT Manager and collaborate with our external service desk provider and others.


The Role:

· Lead the user support and user experience functions, addressing and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless IT operations.

· Coordinate with our external service desk provider, ensuring effective and efficient support for all team members.

· Lead the onboarding of new employees, guiding them through IT processes, tools, and best practices.

· Provide ongoing knowledge transfer and training sessions to users, promoting best practices and maximizing tool adoption

· Manage the company’s hardware and technology assets, ensuring equipment in the office is up-to-date and operational.

· Manage and admin the Microsoft 365 suite, including Intune, and perform basic system administration tasks, including the AD.

· Collaborate with the Infrastructure & Security Manager to improve user experience and refine processes.

· Continuously learn and adapt, providing high-quality support with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.


Qualifications:

· 4+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.

· Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration and basic system management.

· Experience with Intune and hybrid identity administration (synchronized on-premises AD and Azure AD)

· Hands-on experience in a user-facing IT support environment.

· Familiarity with managing hardware and office equipment.

· High level of autonomy and a strong ability to problem-solve.

· Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
