The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team and ensure that our cutting-edge AI workload orchestration platform has a matching user experience. This platform will be the foundation for allowing our customers to train, finetune and deploy tomorrow’s sophisticated AI systems at scale, with a particular focus on multi-agent architectures. It will be used by AI Application developers, Datacenter Engineers and other technical profiles. You will help us build a platform that is able to use the full potential of our unique AI hardware stack that will be at the heart of datacenters, on-prem infrastructures and edge. Our aim is to build a platform that is open, future-proof and able to support a wide variety of AI workloads.

You will work as part of the Product team, but engage strongly with the engineering teams as well. We are looking for someone who understands the UX and UI needs of more technical profiles and can translate complex user requirements into interactions in a web-based user interface that is clear to understand and use.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, product requirements, and technical constraints.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on solutions.
  • Develop and maintain designs ensuring visual and interaction consistency across our product stack.
  • Translate complex workflows and technical concepts into intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences.
  • Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate design implementation
  • Document user flows, personas, and interaction patterns to support design decisions and cross-team communication.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing impactful, user-centered design solutions.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or other industry standards.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards (WCAG compliance).
  • Experience conducting user interviews, usability tests, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative research data.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies to communicate effectively with developers.
  • Familiarity with AI or Agentic AI applications & Compute Workloads
  • Ability to work collaboratively in agile, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present and defend design concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences.
