The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, control and delivery of semiconductor system in package programs, inclusive of hardware and software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, a good understanding of semiconductor technologies, and experience in driving the execution of chip programs.

You will be motivated to solve problems, collaborate deeply with a broad range of stakeholders and communicate transparently on behalf of the team.
You will help us build packaged chips and associated software that use the full potential of our unique hardware stack that will be at the heart of datacenters, on-prem infrastructures and edge.

Our aim is to build platforms that are open, future-proof and able to support a wide variety of workloads.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, driving execution across
disciplines to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. You will use your strong communication skills to ensure timely delivery of program status, risks and changes to internal and external stakeholders.


Responsibilities:


• Lead and manage programs in the semiconductor system in package domain from initiation to completion
• Bring your cross-functional team together, ensuring alignment on program
objectives, roles & responsibilities, deliverables, timelines. Be the team’s driving force.
• Develop program plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful program execution
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, architecture and marketing teams to define program requirements and deliverables.

• Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management
• Foster a collaborative team environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives



Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in the semiconductor /
hardware or related complex technical field
• Good knowledge of semiconductor program lifecycle, processes and
technologies. AI / HPC knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira,
Confluence, Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with a drive to deal with issues head-on and continuously improve
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Data-driven and action oriented
• A “can do attitude”, willing to solve and overcome obstacles
• Hunger for continuous learning
