We are seeking a proactive, hands-on individual with a robust background in IT infrastructure and systems. This role is pivotal in leading IT initiatives and managing a growing team, ensuring the scalability and security of our technology as the company expands.
This role reports to the Head of IT Infrastructure and works closely Service Desk and the Cybersecurity Lead to implement and refine IT processes aligned with our corporate strategy.
The Role:
· Act as the internal specialist for Microsoft and Linux technologies, supporting IT service desk and reporting to the head of IT infrastructure.
· Administration of Microsoft 365 suite, with experience administrating SharePoint and Teams.
· Administration of Microsoft 365 in a hybrid AD scenario with entra and intune.
· Administration of Linux servers and workstations.
· Support L1 Service desk as a specialist.
· Implement IT changes and solve IT problems, with help from external suppliers when needed.
· Coordinate effectively with IT vendors and suppliers daily.
· Collaborate closely with the Cybersecurity Lead to ensure robust cybersecurity practices are implemented across the organization.
· Possibility of growing internally to develop and manage a larger internal IT infrastructure team, fostering smooth collaboration and alignment with company goals.
· Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between IT and other company departments.
· Support strategic IT initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· +6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity.
· Specialist in admin MS365 suite, specially intunes, entra and sharepoint.
· Linux admin experience
· ITIL certification desired and experience managing IT processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
· Strong technical knowledge of cloud services, and server environments. Networking is a plus.
· Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices. Experience in high security environments is a plus.
· Hands-on experience in a startup or similar fast-paced, agile environments.
· High level of autonomy and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
· Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
