Senior AI Engineer – Multi-Agent LLM Systems

We are looking for an outstanding individual with expertise in developing and optimizing multi-agent systems leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs). This role will be crucial in advancing AI architectures where multiple agents collaborate to perform complex tasks, integrating reinforcement learning, self-learning, and coordination strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

· Research, design, and implement multi-agent LLM-based architectures to solve real-world AI challenges.

· Develop and optimize algorithms for agent coordination, communication, and collaboration in complex environments.

· Work with cutting-edge AI techniques such as reinforcement learning, self-supervised learning, and meta-learning to enhance multi-agent performance.

· Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to co-design AI models optimized for Openchip’s custom silicon solutions.

· Experiment with decentralized AI models and federated learning approaches for multi-agent systems.

· Implement large-scale distributed training pipelines for multi-agent reinforcement learning.

· Conduct performance analysis and benchmarking of AI workloads on custom accelerators.

· Stay up to date with advancements in deep learning, multi-agent reinforcement learning, and AI hardware to bring innovative ideas into Openchip’s AI strategy.

· Participate in technical discussions and contribute to Openchip’s AI research and development roadmap.


Qualifications:

· MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

· Proven experience in developing multi-agent AI systems and training LLM-based models.

· Strong programming skills in Python (Go, C++,… is a plus) and proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.

· Experience with AI agent (collaboration) techniques with frameworks like LlamaIndex, Langchain, CrewAI, Autogen, Letta...

· Familiarity with multi-agent training techniques and distributed learning frameworks.

· Experience working in a hardware/software co-design environment is highly desirable.

· Fluent in English is a must; knowledge of additional European languages (German, Dutch, Spanish, French, or Italian) is a plus.
