We are seeking a seasoned Principal Engineer to lead the architecture and development of our next-generation SDMUs (SmartNIC) and systems. This role requires expertise in system architecture, network protocols, computer hardware, and telecommunications, with a proven track record of driving innovative solutions that enhance performance, scalability, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the architecture for our high-performance SDMU (Smart Data Management Unit, also known as SmartNIC/DPU/IPU).
- Optimize system design to meet performance, power efficiency, and scalability requirements.
- Drive innovation by bringing together multiple domains and technologies to create new products and solutions.
- Oversee cloud-native deployment strategies for scalable network processing.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in system architecture, network protocols, and telecommunications.
- Expertise in designing low-power SOCs supporting multiple operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows).
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams to develop secure, high-performance networking solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead complex engineering projects.
