The Role:

As a Microsoft System Administrator, you will play a proactive role, with an hands-on approching and with a robust background in IT infrastructure and systems. This role reports to the Lead Infrastructure Engineer and works closely with Service Desk, as a point of escalation for L2 Microsoft related work.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Become the internal level 2 specialist for all Microsoft technologies.
  • Assist the Lead Infrastructure Engineer in the architectural design of new Microsoft Services.
  • Administration of Microsoft 365 suite, with experience administrating SharePoint and Teams, in a hybrid AD scenario with entra and intune.
  • Administration of Exchange online.
  • Support L1 Service desk as a Microsoft Specialist.
  • Implement IT changes and solve IT problems, with help from L3 when needed.
  • Possibility of growing internally to develop and manage a larger internal IT infrastructure team, fostering smooth collaboration and alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between IT and other company departments.
  • Support strategic IT initiatives and drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • +3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity.
  • Specialist in admin MS365 suite, specially intunes, entra and sharepoint.
  • ITIL certification desired and experience managing IT processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud services, and server environments. Networking is a plus.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices. Experience in high security environments is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in a startup or similar fast-paced, agile environments.
  • High level of autonomy and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
