Infraestructure & Cybersecurity Manager

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on IT Manager with a very strong technical background in IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity. This person will be responsible for managing our IT operations, working closely with providers, and supporting the growth of our internal IT team as the company expands.

 

 The Role:

·       Lead IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity projects across the organization.

·       Manage relationships with key external providers, including service desk, systems, hardware procurement, and data center operations.

·       Support the development and management of a growing internal IT team, ensuring collaboration and alignment with the company's goals.

·       Drive the implementation of IT processes and ensure alignment with business needs and corporate strategy.

·       Oversee the procurement of IT materials and ensure efficient vendor management..

·       Coordinate implementation of robust cybersecurity practices across the organization.

·       Support office IT operations and incidents, while leading onboarding efforts for new employees.

·       Collaborate with the IT Manager to provide insights and recommendations on strategic IT initiatives.

·       Ensure that IT systems and infrastructure scale effectively as the company grows.

Qualifications:

·       5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity.

·       Proven experience in project management and working with external providers.

·       Knowledge of cloud services, networking, and server environments.

·       Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices.

·       Hands-on experience in a startup environment or similar fast-paced, agile contexts.

·       High level of autonomy and ability to take ownership of tasks.

·       Fluent in English (both written and spoken); international experience is a plus.
