Data Analytics Specialist

The Role:

We are looking for a Data Analytics Specialist to lead our strategic initiatives in data analytics. This role will focus on designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards across various business areas, supporting the organization in making data-driven decisions.

Key responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and maintain Power BI dashboards for different business areas.

· Design and manage the global Power BI architecture, including data model configuration and integration with diverse data sources.

· Lead end-to-end data analytics projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data insights.

· Oversee the maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Power BI environment.

· Provide data governance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of analytics across the organization

Qualifications:

· Degree in Engineering or a related field.

· Hands-on experience with Power BI, data modeling and connecting Power BI to various data sources.

· Proficiency in project management and delivering data solutions on time.

· Experience creating financial dashboards is a plus but not mandatory.

· Fluent in Spanish and English
