We are focused on optimizing and automating our business processes. We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our team, reporting directly to the Organization & Processes Manager. This role is crucial to advancing our digital transformation, business intelligence, and process automation projects across various company tools and platforms.


The Role:

  • Manage and coordinate digitalization and automation projects from end to end, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Lead transformation projects using tools such as DocuWare, database systems, Power BI, etc.
  • Oversee integration projects involving ERP, CRM, and other essential platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient workflows.
  • Conduct AS-IS and TO-BE process analyses, identifying areas for improvement and leading change initiatives.
  • Actively support change management efforts, guiding teams through new digital and automated workflows.
  • Provide basic maintenance and evolution to Power BI dashboards and DocuWare.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, supporting the company's digital evolution.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in process digitalization, automation, or project management within business intelligence.
  • Experience with Power BI, including both knowledge and hands-on practice.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in AS-IS and TO-BE analysis.
  • Familiarity with the processes behind ERP and CRM systems.
  • High level of autonomy and desire to drive improvements.
